Each year there are 4 rounds of Student-Staff Partnership (SSP) Projects that UQ students and staff can participate in. 

    There are two ways to join the program:

    • by proposing a new project idea, or
    • becoming a student partner on a project team.

    Project stages

    Each project round has the following stages:    

    • Project ideation: Propose a new project idea. 
    • Student partner recruitment: Students apply to partner on a project. 
    • Induction: Participate in a partnership induction with your team. 
    • Project Plan: Codevelop a project plan with your team, outlining project design, methods and outcomes. 
    • Collaborating on project: Working on the project in partnership with your team. 
    • Project Report: Prepare a project report reflecting on the project methods and outcome. 
    • Reflection and Feedback: Reflect on your partnership journey and participation in the program.
