Propose a new project idea or join a project team
Each year there are 4 rounds of Student-Staff Partnership (SSP) Projects that UQ students and staff can participate in.
There are two ways to join the program:
- by proposing a new project idea, or
- becoming a student partner on a project team.

Project stages
Each project round has the following stages:
- Project ideation: Propose a new project idea.
- Student partner recruitment: Students apply to partner on a project.
- Induction: Participate in a partnership induction with your team.
- Project Plan: Codevelop a project plan with your team, outlining project design, methods and outcomes.
- Collaborating on project: Working on the project in partnership with your team.
- Project Report: Prepare a project report reflecting on the project methods and outcome.
- Reflection and Feedback: Reflect on your partnership journey and participation in the program.
