The University of Zurich International Summer School offers you a unique study experience – learn from world-leading experts, interact with students from all over the world and build friendships that last a lifetime.

During the UZH International Summer Schools, students will get the best out of what the program has accumulated from student engagement and teaching formats over the last few years, combined with exciting and highly interactive in-person sessions and a comprehensive social program.

Make sure to apply sooner rather than later, as courses might close if they are booked out before the application deadline.

Credit equivalent

6 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units upon successful completion of 6 ECTS (pending UQ faculty approval).

Eligibility and application

All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience eligibility criteria and the University of Zurich entry requirements. 

Places and discounts are awarded on a rolling basis and programs may book out before the application deadline.

If you are intending to undertake your experience for-credit, it is strongly recommended that you submit your application to Global Experiences at least 4 weeks before applying to the host to allow sufficient time for Faculty to complete the credit assessment. Please note however that it is your responsibility to meet the host application deadline.

Cost

The participation mode of this experience is Study Abroad. The program fee is approximately $6,750 AUD, and includes tuition and accommodation. Discounts are awarded on a rolling basis, and programs may book out before the application deadline.
