University of Amsterdam Summer School: July In-person courses
We are very pleased to announce that our global experiences including Semester 2, 2022 Exchange and Winter 2022 Experiences will recommence on a country-by-country basis. We understand how important these opportunities are for you, and our teams have been working diligently behind the scenes to ensure these can be offered safely as we continue to monitor the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and other global safety considerations.

The University of Amsterdam Summer School offers high-quality and academically challenging programs that will introduce you to a new academic discipline or complement your existing studies.

Credit equivalent
6 ECTS = 2 UQ units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units after successful completion of experience (pending UQ faculty approval).
Eligibility and application
All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience eligibility criteria and the University of Amsterdam Entry Requirements for the relevant course.

Cost
Tuition fees are approximately $2,650 AUD. More information regarding program fees can be found on the individual course descriptions linked in the 'Courses' tab.
Funding
The University of Amsterdam is offering 300 euro tuition fee discounts to students from U21 institutes, on a first come first served basis. Please apply to UQ for more information.
Applicants may also be eligible for UQ-specific funding. Applicants will be notified by mid-May (for winter programs) or late-October (for summer programs) if they are eligible for grants and scholarships awarded by the Internships and Global Experiences Team. Please do not rely on this funding to support your experience.
Accommodation
Accommodation can be arranged as part of the program for an additional cost. For more information regarding accommodation, please see the host website.

OS-HELP Loan
If you participate in a short-term program you may also be eligible to submit an application for an OS-HELP loan if your program is for-credit and you are enrolled as a Commonwealth supported student.
