The University of Amsterdam Summer School offers high-quality and academically challenging programs that will introduce you to a new academic discipline or complement your existing studies.

    UQ students can choose to participate in one of five different courses. Go to the 'Courses' tab to find the full list of courses, dates, cohort and credit information. 

    Credit equivalent

    4-6 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units upon successful completion of 4-6 ECTS (pending UQ faculty approval).

    Eligibility and application

    All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience eligibility criteria and the University of Amsterdam Entry Requirements for the relevant course.

    Some of these program impact on UQ semester 2, 2018 dates, UQ students must meet the additional special conditions for programs that impact on teaching dates.

      Cost

      Tuition cost varies per course, tuition costs can range from approximately $2,382 - $2,575AUD. Accommodation and additional fees apply.

      Applicants may also be eligible for UQ-specific funding.

      Accommodation

      Accommodation can be provided by the University of Amsterdam at an additional cost.

      In your University of Amsterdam online application, you can state whether you would like assistance booking a student room.  There is a limited number of rooms, so it is first come, first serve.
