The Toulouse Business School Winter School offers undergraduate and master's level students a unique opportunity to spend their vacation in two of France’s most beautiful cities, Toulouse and Paris.

The Toulouse Business School Winter School offers a wide choice of business and management courses at bachelor and master levels while you get the chance to discover France and live a unique international and multicultural experience.

While in Toulouse and Paris students will meet with companies to understand how business is done in Europe. Our engaged faculty will inspire you. With coaching sessions, hands-on projects and group work.   You will upskill yourself and learn how to work cross-culturally. Students can choose amongst our list of business courses.

You are required to attend the full 3 weeks and select a course to study in each city.

Credit Equivalent

14 ECTS (1x course in Paris and 1x course in Toulouse) = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units upon successful completion of the two courses (pending UQ faculty approval).

Eligibility and application

All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience criteria and TBS Education entry requirements.

If you are intending to undertake your experience for-credit, it is strongly recommended that you submit your application to IGET at least 4 weeks before applying to the host to allow sufficient time for the Faculty to complete the credit assessment. Please note however, that it is your responsibility to meet the host application deadline.

Costs

The program fee is approximately $8,350 AUD (EUR 4,660). This fee includes:

  • Tuition for 2 modules (14 ECTS)
  • Hotel Accommodation near campus
  • Public transport pass for Paris and Toulouse
  • Travel from Paris to Toulouse
  • 1 weekend day trip in each city
  • Cultural Activities
  • On-site support
  • Other organised events

Global Experiences Grants

When you submit your application for an experience, you are automatically considered for funding that is relevant to your nominated experience. Please refer to the Short-Term Experiences Funding page for details. 

OS-HELP Loan

You may also be eligible to submit an application for an OS-HELP loan if your program is for-credit and you are enrolled as a Commonwealth-supported student.
