Eligibility and Application

Step 1: Apply to UQ

All applicants must meet the short-term experience eligibility criteria

We recommend applying to UQ first.  If you are seeking credit towards your UQ degree, you must first apply through UQ and obtain credit approval before submitting your host university application.

Step 2: Apply to the Host University

Once your UQ application has been deemed 'eligible' and credit has been approved (if applicable), you can then submit your host university application.

All applicants must meet the Girton College entry requirements.

Important

⚠ Students who intend to undertake this experience for credit are strongly recommended to submit their application to the Global Experiences team at least 4 weeks before the host deadline to allow sufficient time for faculty to complete the credit assessment. Please note, however, that it is your responsibility to meet the host application deadline.
