We are very pleased to announce that our global experiences including Semester 2, 2022 Exchange and Winter 2022 Experiences will recommence on a country-by-country basis. We understand how important these opportunities are for you, and our teams have been working diligently behind the scenes to ensure these can be offered safely as we continue to monitor the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and other global safety considerations.

Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin is one of the leading higher educational institutions in Germany and is situated in the unique and historic city of Berlin.

During the semester breaks, the university offers an intensive online summer school program for students, which provides the opportunity to experience the german university culture.

IMPORTANT:

The Humboldt University International Summer School: Session 1 will conflict with UQ's semester 1, 2022 exam period by 1-2 days (depending on the selected course). Students participating in the Humboldt University International Summer School should not make any financial commitments, including fees to Humboldt University International Summer School, accommodation or flights, until their examination timetables are released. Students will be responsible for checking their own exam timetable to establish whether they will have an exam that will conflict with the start of Humboldt University International Summer School.

Students are expected to attend any scheduled exam at UQ, and will not be eligible for deferred or alternate assessment or exams re-sits, due to timetable conflicts with a Winter experience.

Your UQ Faculty will take no responsibility for students who pursue Humboldt University International Summer School: Session 1 and fail or don’t attend their final exam at UQ.
