Understanding what you have learned from an experience is critical for developing your employability.
Just having an experience is not enough to develop your employability. You need to reflect on these experiences to understand what skills and attributes you drew on, and how you can use them again in another context. Employability Award
By participating in the UQ exchange program you are one step closer to completing the Employability Award. The Employability Award encourages undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students to further develop their skills beyond the classroom to produce well-rounded graduates that are highly sought after by employers.
You can enrol for the Award at any time during your degree. If you have met the Award requirement you will receive the Employability Award at your graduation.
