Important Update

With Australia’s international borders currently closed and with no indication of when they might open, UQ has made the difficult decision to cancel all outbound semester-based exchange for Semester 1 and Semester 2, 2021 and all overseas (in-person) short-term experiences for Summer 2020/2021 and Winter 2021.

This decision has been made in accordance with all relevant Australian government advice and restrictions and applies to all UQ students regardless of their current geographical location and citizenship.

By making this decision, we can focus on providing more virtual and locally based experiences that will enhance our students’ employability. Make sure you check back here in the coming months for updates!

Refer to the Global Experiences FAQs for further information.
