ESSAM European Summer School for Advanced Management
ESSAM European Summer School for Advanced Management provides MBA students with a unique and intense teaching opportunity consisting of lectures, workshops, a diverse range of guest speakers from leading organisations and companies, team-based consulting projects and company visits.

Credit equivalent
10 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. Students are required to undertake the Core course plus one Elective course to receive 10 ECTS. Maximum of 2 UQ Units if 10 ECTS are successfully completed (pending UQ faculty approval).

Eligibility and application
All applicants must meet the standard UQ Student Eligibility Criteria and the ESSAM entry requirements. Prior management experience (a minimum of three years) is required to be considered for the ESSAM program. Students may be assessed for eligibility based on their level of work experience.
This experience is open to MBA Students only.
Costs
The participation mode of this experience is Study Abroad, meaning you pay tuition directly to the host.
The program fee starts from approximately $8,400 AUD, and includes the two-week programme tuition, transfer from and to Glasgow and Edinburgh airports for international students at pre-arranged times, transfer from Glasgow to Dumfries, accommodation for one person in Glasgow and ensuite hotel accommodation in Dumfries, meals, course materials, company visits, cultural and social activities and excursions.

You may also be eligible to submit an application for an OS-HELP loan if your program is for-credit and you are enrolled as a Commonwealth-supported student.
