The Winter Programme will be at ICADE Comillas Pontificia University central campus situated in Madrid, a bustling, vibrant cosmopolitan city with an expanding entrepreneurial eco-system and an abundance of dynamic private equity and venture capital firms.The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Winter Programme teaches innovative thinking and presents and encourages an entrepreneurial mindset.

Credit Equivalent 

7.5 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units upon successful completion of experience (pending UQ faculty approval). 

For BEL Students: This program has been approved for #2 level 3 unspecified credit towards the Innovation and Entrepreneurship major (students may also be able to seek credit for a general elective).

Eligibility and Application

All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience eligibility criteria and any additional eligibility criteria set by Comillas Universidad Pontificia .

Applicants must apply to the Internships and Global Experiences team by 12 September 2024 to be considered for this experience. 

Successful applicants will be nominated to the host by UQ by 16 September 2024. Students will then be contacted by the host university for further application instructions.

Cost

The participation mode of this experience is Exchange. Therefore, tuition is paid to UQ and can be deferred to HECS if eligible. More information regarding fees can be found on the host university website

If you participate in a short-term program you may also be eligible to submit an application for an OS-HELP loan if your program is for-credit and you are enrolled as a Commonwealth supported student.
