Will I be able to participate in a virtual internship or short-term study experience?
The Internships and Global Experiences Team will be supporting a number of virtual experiences. More information is available on the Internships and Short-term Study websites.
I am interested in applying for an in-person short-term study or internship experience that begins in November or December 2021. Will UQ conditionally support my application to one of these experiences?
No. In-person experiences will be promoted on a conditional basis for experiences with start dates in January – February 2022 only.
I have applied for an in-person experience, what are my options, if in-person experiences are not possible?
The Internships and Global Experiences Team will contact you with more information regarding your options once UQ has made a final decision with regards to in-person experiences. You may be able to participate in a virtual experience if the experience you applied for is available in a virtual format. Alternatively, you may select an alternative virtual experience if applications are still open.
