2025 Summer Research Program
In 2024, the Summer Research Program will be offered for six (6) weeks during the summer inter-semester recess (January to February).
NOTE: Expression of Interest request has been sent from SEED as of 2 July 2024.

| 1 Dec 2024 | Final date for all offers to be accepted by students in StudentHub and final numbers for program confirmed. |
| 13 Jan 2025 | Welcome Event (9am - 10:30am) |
| 13 January 2025 | Program officially commences |
| 21 February 2025 | Program officially concludes |
| 21 February 2025 | Research Unit Reimbursement Requests Due |

The Winter Research Program will be offered for four (4) weeks over the winter inter-semester recess (June to July).

| 16 May 2024 | All applicants must be notified of their initial application outcome |
| 19 - 30 May 2025 | Waitlisted students available for selection with other research units |
| 30 May 2025 | Waitlisted student selection period ends, all remaining students updated to unsuccessful by SES program coordinator |
| 8 June 2025 | Due date for students to accept position, finalisation of program numbers |
| 30 June 2025 | Program officially commences Welcome Event (TBC) |
| 25 July 2025 | Program officially concludes |
| 25 July 2025 | Research Unit Reimbursement Requests Due |
