2026 Winter Research Program
The Winter Research Program will be offered for four (4) weeks over the winter inter-semester recess (June to July).
NOTE: Expression of Interest request has been sent from SES as of 3 December 2025.

| 15 May 2026 | All applicants must be notified of their initial application outcome |
| 18 - 28 May 2026 | Waitlisted students available for selection with other research units |
| 29 May 2026 | Waitlisted student selection period ends, all remaining students updated to unsuccessful by SES program coordinator |
| 7 June 2026 | Due date for students to accept position, finalisation of program numbers |
| 29 June 2026 | Program officially commences Welcome Event (TBC) |
| 24 July 2026 | Program officially concludes |
| 24 July 2026 | Research Unit Reimbursement Requests Due |
2027 Summer Research Program
In 2026, the Summer Research Program will be offered for six (6) weeks during the summer inter-semester recess (January to February).
