October 7 - 12 is Queensland Mental Health Week, and UQLife is getting in the spirit with a week of activations across St Lucia campus from Tuesday to Friday. Queensland Mental Health Week's 2019 theme is Take Time for Mental Health, and each day we will be prompting you to take time out to focus on your wellbeing and mental health, and our Wellbeing Hub will be set up all week in the Great Court providing a place to drop by and take some time for yourself.
Gatton Campus is also celebrating with Mental Health Day on Wednesday 9 October, when Gatton Chill will get a Wellbeing makeover with live music, mindfulness colouring, sand art, yoga and the ever popular Popcorn Man.
