Career Advancement Program
Whether you’re preparing for internships, graduate roles, or career pivots, our Career Advancement Program (CAP) will sharpen your skills and boost your confidence. It’ll encourage you to critically engage with foundational and contemporary employability research and tackle challenges facing today’s world of work, from Artificial Intelligence and unstable employment (the ‘gig economy’) to maintaining value alignment amid change and upheaval. You'll gain hands-on experience, personalised feedback, and a network of valuable contacts — all while earning a digital badge to showcase your achievement.
A digital badge will be awarded to participants who attend at least three in-person sessions of the program and pass two assessments. This can be used as one supplementary activity towards the Employability Award.
