Jay is passionate about supporting students transition from study to work and has been working in the early careers space for over 7 years. Jay spent 3 years as a graduate employer for PwC before moving to BOQ Group (Virgin Money Australia, Bank of QLD and ME Bank) to design and deliver their early talent strategy. Now Jay is with Chartered Accountants ANZ as the Queensland Careers Engagement Manager where she inspires the next generation of Accountants to find meaningful careers.
