The Australian Network on Disability (AND) is a national not-for-profit that helps organisations engage with people with disability. Our vision is to create a disability confident Australia and our purpose to build employer capability and be the employer voice to government, industry, and community to achieve the inclusion of people with disability.

As a person with lived experience of disability - Lisa is passionate about connecting with her community, advocacy and contributing to social changes to build an inclusive, accessible, and equitable society for the broader and intersectional disability community.
