With 15+ years industry experience in agency and internal HR and Talent functions, Justin is a highly-experienced talent specialist, skilled in designing and implementing contemporary recruitment strategies both locally and overseas. With a passion for Graduate and Early Talent Development programs, Justin previously designed and developed Graduate Programs for one of the state’s largest healthcare providers, managing the recruitment of over 200+ Graduates per year across 4x major hospitals. Justin loves a chat, and is always keen to talk about what Graduates are looking for in their programs. Having just started in the Energy Sector, Justin is looking forward to talking to UQ students and exchanging insights on some of the principles of your Graduate recruitment experience.
