My experience
I’d always wanted to study at an Ivy League school so when I saw the Harvard Summer School program I jumped at the chance. It was an absolutely amazing experience and while it was definitely intense, I learnt so much more about Strategic Management than I would have at UQ. The course I undertook was a graduate level course which meant my class was full of students from very different backgrounds, ranging from fellow undergraduate students to senior managers at big consultancy firms. It was challenging at first working in such a diverse team in a very short period of time but I was able to learn so much from my team members given their different cultures and experiences.
