My experience
I wanted to explore a new place in terms of culture and daily life style. On the other hand I would like to experience a different style of teaching.
How has the experience changed you?
FIWS has changed my personal view about China, Shang Hai city is amazing and Fudan University is fantastic. I have experienced different styles of teaching and cultures, both eastern and western styles are increasing my motivation to explore more about my business study.
Favourite memory
There are two favourite memories from the experience. First of all, I liked the tea culture event, this is my first time trying more than 5 types of Chinese tea. The action of drinking tea is called "Yum Cha" in China.The smell of the tea is fresh and the taste is nice. Next, the Coca Cola trip is another favourite memory because Coca Cola is one of the world's largest beverage company. Coca-Cola's history began in 1886 when the curiosity of an Atlanta pharmacist, Dr. John S. Pemberton, led him to create a distinctive tasting soft drink that could be sold at soda fountains. Until today, we can buy Coca Cola in any store or super market and we take it as a drink in daily life.
Top tips
Apply early (3-6 months before the date). Do not book the flight as to reach on the first day of the course (2days before is good).
