What does it involve?

  • Find a job that you would like to apply for (or that you are interested in) and download the job description/selection criteria (PDF or document).
  • Write a tailored application for the role (this may include a resume, cover letter and/or selection criteria).
  • Select one document that you would like to be prioritised in the review.
  • Complete the form and upload all documents, including the job description/selection criteria.
  • A member of the team will review your application and provide you with a personalised video with top tips for enhancing your application.


  • The application must be for an Australian role. If you are interested in global applications, we recommend visiting GoinGlobal.
  • The application must NOT be used for an assessment or a scholarship application.
  • You will need to upload a job description/selection criteria for a role (either a role you are applying for or a role you are interested in).
