O to 4 Mentor Program

Remember when you didn’t know where to find good coffee on campus or your lecture theatre? Use your unique lived experience to help new students.

As an O to 4 Mentor, you will create a friendly and supportive environment to assist students with navigation, goal setting, getting started at UQ, social connection and introduce them to their Faculty and School. Mentors will utilise coaching and positive modelling strategies to build mentees’ sense of belonging at UQ.
