Learn about Europe's business world with the WHU Online Bachelor European Summer Program Asia-Pacific in the Otto Beisheim School of Management.

By participating in WHU's short-term online 'Doing Business in Europe' program, which is specifically designed for undergraduate business students from Australia, New Zealand and Asia, you will get the chance to learn more about the international business world in Europe. Being among Europe's top-ranked business schools, WHU provides you with a unique learning experience. You will have the opportunity to attend interactive live class meetings and work together with students from different locations via virtual breakout sessions.

Find more information regarding the 'Doing Business in Europe' program on the WHU website. You will be required to complete the full 'Doing Business in Europe' course consisting of 9 academic modules. 

Credit Equivalent 

3-4 US Credits = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units upon successful completion of program (pending UQ faculty approval).

Eligibility and Application

All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience criteria and any additional eligibility criteria set by WHU.

There are limited places available in the WHU Online Bachelor European Summer Program Asia-Pacific, and students will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants must apply to the Internships and Global Experiences team by 24 September 2024 to be considered for this experience. 

Successful applicants will be nominated to the host by UQ by 30 September 2024. Students will then be contacted by the host university for further application instructions.

Costs

The participation mode of this experience is Exchange. A registration fee of approximately $200 AUD will apply. More information regarding program fees can be found on the WHU website.

If you participate in a short-term program you may also be eligible to submit an application for an OS-HELP loan if your program is for-credit and you are enrolled as a Commonwealth supported student.
