University of La Sabana's Latin American Studies Program offers students the opportunity to have a cultural and academic experience in Colombia, one of Latin America's most diverse countries, while taking subjects on Latin American issues.

If you are interested in learning more about Latin America from various perspectives such as business, economics, international relations, political sciences, international studies or cultural studies, this Program is great for you.

Credit equivalent 

1 course = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 4 UQ Units if 2 courses are successfully completed (pending UQ faculty approval).

All applicants must meet the standard Global Experiences Student Eligibility Criteria and the La Sabana eligibility criteria.

The program fee will cost you approximately $2,900 AUD. More information about program costs can be found on the host university website

Applicants may also be eligible for UQ-specific funding. Applicants will be notified by late-October if they are eligible for travel grants and scholarships awarded by the Global Experiences Team. Please do not rely on this funding to support your global experience.
