Universidad de los Andes GO COP 25: Environment & Sustainable Development Challenges
The Universidad de los Andes GO COP 25 program provides a unique experience for students to learn about climate change, renewable energies, future development challenges and the COP25 Summit to be hosted in Chile on December 2019.
Students will learn about business opportunities related to renewable energies and sustainable innovative projects. The program includes trekking and other outdoor activities. It is also an opportunity for the participating student to learn Spanish and immerse themselves in the local culture while enjoying summer at the UANDES campus.

Credit Equivalent
1 course = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units if the course is successfully completed (pending UQ faculty approval).

Eligibility and Application
All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience eligibility criteria and the UAndes eligibility criteria.
Cost
The tuition fee is approximately $3,000 AUD. Program and application fees may also apply. More information regarding fees can be found on the host university website.
Applicants may also be eligible for UQ-specific funding.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included, but the UAndes International Relations Office can arrange or recommend external housing options upon request. More information regarding accommodation can be found in the program brochure.
