The Toulouse Business School Winter School offers undergraduate and master level students a unique opportunity to spend their vacation in two of France’s most beautiful cities.

The program allows you to earn credits towards your degree through a choice of 6 subjects at Undergraduate Level and 2 subjects at Master Level in Business & Management, whilst discovering France and having a unique international and cultural experience. 

You are required to attend the full 3 weeks of courses in both Paris and Toulouse.

Credit Equivalent

2 courses (1 in Paris and 1 in Toulouse) = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units upon successful completion of the two courses (pending UQ faculty approval).

The program fee is approximately EUR 2,900. This fee includes:

  • tuition for 2 modules (14 ECTS)
  • 22 nights of accommodation
  • Public transport pass for Paris and Toulouse
  • Opening & Closing Ceremonies
  • Scenic Visit of Paris by Boat
  • Cultural Visits in Paris
  • Group transport from Paris to Toulouse
  • Guided Tour of Toulouse
  • Company Visits

Applicants may also be eligible for UQ-specific funding. Applicants will be notified by late-October if they are eligible for travel grants and scholarships awarded by the Global Experiences Team. Please do not rely on this funding to support your global experience.


Accommodation is incuded in the program fee.
