Join students from 60 countries around the world and take part in the unique, hands-on academic program at the TU Berlin Summer University.

TU Berlin offer two week courses taught in English and participants can earn European Credit Points (ECTS) for their studies.

Credit Equivalent

3 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ units after successful completion of 3 ECTS (pending UQ faculty approval).

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct visa for the country where you will be studying. As the Global Experiences team is not a visa-issuing authority we cannot provide visa advice.

Eligibility and application

All applicants must meet the standard UQ Student Eligibility Criteria and any additional eligibility criteria set by TU Berlin

If you are intending to undertake your experience for-credit, it is strongly recommended that you submit your application to IGET at least 4 weeks before applying to the host to allow sufficient time for Faculty to complete the credit assessment. Please note however that it is your responsibility to meet the host application deadline.

Costs

The participation mode of this experience is Study Abroad. Program tuition varies per course and is approximately $950 - $1,500 AUD, and includes field trips and a cultural program. Detailed information regarding fees and inclusions can be found on the TU Berlin website.

Funding

Internships and Global Experiences Grants
