Join Projects Abroad on an International Development Internship in Vietnam and gain practical work experience while supporting vulnerable communities.

You’ll work with local and international NGOs, tackling issues like drug abuse, prostitution, and disabled people’s rights. This is a wonderful way to be part of sustainable development while gaining valuable professional experience.

Experience

This program is perfect for those wanting to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, while gaining International Development work experience in Vietnam at an organisation committed to social change. Your role there will depend on your level of experience. Here are some of the activities you could get involved in:

  • Take part in workshops and campaigns to raise awareness and remove stigma
  • Conduct research on various social issues affecting communities in Vietnam
  • Teach English to staff at the NGO and people from local communities
  • Help with marketing and administrative tasks at your placement

This project accepts interns throughout the year, so you can join on the dates that suit you. You can stay from as little as two weeks. Projects Abroad encourage students to stay longer if possible so you can learn more and make a bigger impact.

More information regarding the internship program can be found on the host program website
