Credit equivalent 

3 AUs = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 4 UQ Units if 6 AUs are successfully completed (pending UQ faculty approval).

Eligibility and application

All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience eligibility criteria and the NTU entry requirements. This program impacts on UQ semester 2, 2017 dates, UQ students must meet the additional special conditions for programs that impact on teaching dates.

UQ students are able to complete a variety of courses within one of four tracks:

Track 1: Chinese Language & Cultural Studies
  • Start Date: 03 Jul 2017
  • End Date: 28 Jul 2017
Track 2: Entrepreneurship & Innovation Asia: Term 2
  • Start Date: 26 Jun 2017
  • End Date: 28 Jul 2017
  • Students enrolling in this course must take a minimum of 6 AUs. 

BEL students can gain course credit for the following courses within Track 2:

  • ET9131 Entrepreneurship & Marketing for New Ventures: Eligible for credit towards TIMS1301 Foundations of Entrepreneurship as approved by BEL
Track 3: Creative Design & Media
  • Start Date: 3 Jul 2017
  • End Date: 28 Jul 2017
Track 5: New Technologies, New World
  • Start Date: 3 Jul 2017
  • End Date: 28 Jul 2017

 

Costs

Tuition and administrative fees will be approximately $2,100 - $3,100 AUD. Accommodation fees are extra. More information regarding program fees can be found on the host university website
