If you're unable to go on another semester exchange, there are a number of other global experiences you may be able to get involved in.
Short-term experiences
There are opportunities to study or intern overseas during the semester breaks. Many of our international partners offer summer and winter courses, where you can immerse yourself in language and culture, or take courses that are unique to that institution.

Prestigious scholarships
UQ lists a small number of prestigious, externally provided scholarships that you may be eligible to apply for, such as the Rhodes Scholarship, Westpac Future Leaders Scholarship and the John Monash Scholarship. You may be surprised at how many scholarships you are eligible to apply for.
