International Internships have been facilitating in-country and online internships for over 15 years and are always growing and changing as the environments in which they work grow and change.

International Internships work with individual students and educational institutions, commercial organisations, and NGOs to facilitate internships, study intensives, immersion and unit-based programs, and provide career mentoring, professional skills development, cross-cultural communication, and language training.

What can I participate in?

Program 1: Online Individual Internship

Work remotely for an international organisation in an internship tailored specifically to suit your studies, interests and career aspirations. Your internship will be developed interactively through a series of interviews and discussions. Language, remote working and professional communications sessions at the start of your international work experience will equip you to work effectively with an Indonesian organisation. Regular catch-ups with our team in Australia and Indonesia will guide you through managing challenging real-world situations and help you deliver work that you will be proud to include on your CV.

Program 2: Online Team Internship

You will be an integral part of a small multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team working remotely to deliver a 4-week project for a highly-regarded Indonesian organisation. Your team will then take on an assignment with real-world challenges and expectations, you will work remotely with team-mates, managers from your host organisation and mentors from the International internships team as you progress through the project and present your findings at the conclusion of your internship.
