International Internships have been facilitating in-country and online internships for over 15 years and are always growing and changing as the environments in which they work grow and change.

International Internships work with individual students and educational institutions, commercial organisations, and NGOs to facilitate internships, study intensives, immersion and unit-based programs, and provide career mentoring, professional skills development, cross-cultural communication, and language training.

What can I participate in?

Team Internship

You will be an integral part of a small multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team working remotely to deliver a 4-week project for a highly-regarded Indonesian organisation.

Your internship will start with a 2-day intensive orientation program to give you basic language and remote working skills and brief you on Indonesian workplace culture and communications.

Your team will then take on an assignment with real-world challenges and expectations, you will work remotely with team-mates, managers from your host organisation and mentors from the International internships team as you progress through the project and present your findings at the conclusion of your internship.

You will also have many opportunities to learn about the country and experience aspects of the culture through social and educational activities with your teammates and Indonesian student buddies.
