The GO UAndes Intensive Spanish Language Course aims to improve student's language competence as well as gaining insight into the Chilean and Latin American culture. 

The academic content will be presented in four units of study that cover different areas and allow participants to get to know the country and the region while enhancing language skills.

Credit equivalent 

5 Credits = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units if 5 credits are successfully completed (pending UQ faculty approval).

All applicants must meet the standard UQ Abroad Student Eligibility Criteria and the Go UAndes eligibility criteria.

The course tuition fee will cost you approximately $2,945 AUD, this does not include accommodation.

Applicants may also be eligible for UQ-specific funding.


Accommodation is not included, but the UAndes International Relations Office can arrange or recommend external housing options upon request. More information regarding accommodation can be found in the program brochure.
