QSLF provides an opportunity to think about leadership from a different perspective

The Queensland Servant Leadership Forum will inspire and equip young people to become leaders who use their gifts and energies to serve others - what might be called "servant leaders". The Forum is designed as a four-day program held at the end of a parliamentary sitting week in Brisbane.

Event details

2017 conference dates are yet to be announced.

The Forum has been designed to help re-inspire and elevate expectations about leadership. The forum discussion will be invaluable because it reminds students of the reasons we aspired to leadership in the first place. Young people who attend will gain a great deal as it provides an opportunity to think about leadership from a different perspective. This gathering will be challenging and perhaps even life changing for those who participate.

Grants

Each year, the UQ Student Employability Centre selects a number of students to attend the QSLF and funds their registration fee.

Successful candidates will receive registration funding to cover the full conference registration fee, which includes accommodation, meals, transport and all activities from Thursday afternoon through to Sunday morning in Brisbane.

The grant does not cover the travel costs to get to the conference and general spending money.
