The Drishtee Immersion Maharashtra program is a deeply involved experience where you will immerse yourself in a rural Indian community. The aim is to live and feel what it is like to live in such a community, gaining new insights into intractable issues, big and small.

In small groups of eight participants accompanied by experts, the first half of the program is focused on understanding the local village, people’s needs and what they care most about. Once we reach a deep empathy-level understanding, the second half of the village experience turns to conceptualise exciting meaningful innovations that can make a real, long-term impact on people’s lives. You might even change your own life too, through the authentic human connections you will make along the way.
