The AIM Overseas Luxury & Fashion Brand Management program offers you the opportunity to gain a strong understanding of the fundamentals of luxury and fashion brands.

You will also gain an advanced comprehension of the new global dimensions of luxury and the socio-cultural impact on the branding of products within this framework.

With an immersion teaching style, you will have the opportunity to work within the luxury and fashion sector by completing a field project with a real-life luxury company to help them promote their brand.

Credit Equivalent

9 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units upon successful completion of 9 ECTS (pending UQ faculty approval).

BEL Faculty students may be eligible for credit towards #2 Unspecified Level 2 general elective as approved by the BEL Faculty. Credit must be confirmed with BEL Faculty to check suitability for your program requirements. You should consult with International Mobility Coordinator prior to submitting an application.

Eligibility and application

All applicants must meet the standard UQ Student Eligibility Criteria and any additional eligibility criteria set by AIM overseas.

AIM Overseas programs are highly competitive and fill up fast so be sure to get your application in as early as possible.

The program fee is approximately $6,190 AUD. Program fees are to be confirmed. More information regarding program fees can be found on the AIM Overseas website.

Applicants may also be eligible for UQ-specific funding. Applicants will be notified by mid-May if they are eligible for travel grants and scholarships awarded by the Global Experiences Team. Please do not rely on this funding to support your global experience.
