The Aalto University School of Business Summer Studies program in International Business located at the Mikkeli campus, is one of the leading academic programs in Finland, offering cutting-edge approaches to business education in a unique learning environment.

Students are able to choose one of two courses:

Credit equivalent

6 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units if 6 ECTS are successfully completed (pending UQ faculty approval).

Eligibility and application

All applicants must meet the UQ short-term exchange eligibility criteria.  This is a competitive program and students must obtain credit in order to participate in this program. Students will be selected via an internal UQ Abroad selection committee.

Applicants must complete the standard UQ Abroad application and include a recent CV and motivation letter. 

*Successful applicants will be nominated to Aalto by UQ Abroad after the the selection committee meeting after the UQ Abroad application deadline.

Tuition is paid to UQ. 

Applicants may also be eligible for UQ-specific funding. Applicants will be notified by mid-May if they are eligible for travel grants and scholarships awarded by the Global Experiences Team. Please do not rely on this funding to support your global experience.
